Not originally from the USA, this Canadian import has settled into life in Falls Church since 2017 with husband David Matney DDS. Noel met Dave in the United Arab Emirates, and later they worked together at Emirates Airlines. With 33 years in the dental field starting as a dental assistant, moving on to RDH, Noel is now a co-owner of Ballston Dental Care, with husband Dr. Matney, and loves the interaction with patients and staff at the office. If she could, she would hug everyone regularly!
Amy has been a licensed DANB EFDA dental assistant for over 10 years. Amy joined Dr. Matney in 2019 as his Lead Dental Assistant and worked closely with him and Pam for four years in that role Amy has recently transitioned to the position of Office Manager and is adding a different set of skills to her portfolio. Amy has a great desire for knowledge and learning and attends many Continuing Education courses and is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) to help expand that knowledge base. Amy lives in North Springfield with her dog Honey. She enjoys gardening, camping and the beach.

I love to see how it changes their confidence or even just how they feel about themselves. Outside of the office, you will find me with my two little ones Carlos and Stella who keep me busy on my days off.
Hello, I’m Evelyn office administrator! I enjoy motivating patients to keep up with a healthy smile and feel great about it. I’ve lived in Arlington all my life. I have a precious daughter who I adore. She keeps me busy, but we make the best memories possible! In my free time I like to exercise, go shopping and travel for fun.
I have completed the Dental Assistant program at the Adult and Community Education Center (ACE) and my Associates in Applied Science at NVCC. I have been a Dental Assistant in cosmetic dentistry for the past 10 years. I consider myself passionate, caring and a seasoned professional. I have a comprehensive understanding of dental care and love helping our patients achieve optimal oral health. I love working side by side with Dr. Matney and other members of our professional team. My main goals are to deliver quality, safe and compliant care while creating a positive experience and easing tense patients to optimize patient satisfaction. I know my job is done when I see my patients leaving our practice with a happy healthy smile. Teaching patients about the importance of oral health can have an immense impact on their quality of life. I love being a Mom and spending time with my family outdoors. I also enjoying baking in my spare time.

Isabel has been in the dental field since 2012 first as a dental assistant and then becoming an RDH in 2021. Isabel is passionate about dental health and helping others. She dedicates her time at Ballston Dental Care to educating and encouraging patients to maintain, change or improve their oral health practices. Isabel has a small dog named Miles and enjoys spending time with loved ones.
I have been practicing in the dental field for over 6 years now, starting as a dental assistant then continuing my education to become a Hygienist. I’m passionate and will listen to all your dental needs to help you achieve your goals. Native to Boston, but moved to DC and joined Ballston Dental Care last fall and loving every second! During my free time I enjoy exploring the DMV, going to games, shows, and museums. If I’m not exploring I am cuddled up with my dog Luke! Hope to meet you soon!
